Dear Mr. Thiessen,
I think that the organization of this graduation is horrible. I do not think it has ever been this bad before. Both my brother and sister graduated from M.E.I. and they never had any confusion about what was expected, or what money was due to the school or the grad committee.
First of all, I think that the organizers should have thought of better ways to tell us about the dance and roller-skating. A brief meeting with all the students or with the students on the grad committee would have helped answer many questions. Second of all, I don’t think that it is very fair to make people stay at the dance because if they don’t they can't go to the lock in. I don’t think the organizers are taking into consideration that some of the students parents do not agree with dancing and really would not like to have their child there yet their student would like to go to the lock in so they are forced to let them go to the dance against their will I really don’t think that is fair.
I would like to thank you for reading this letter and you may write back, or you can contact me on my cell at: 604-308-5664.
Sincerely,
John Dooley

Kindergarten

When i was in kindergarten, I was a very nervous boy. I wasn't confident al all and apparently other people could tell. I got picked on a bit. There was one boy that picked on me the most. I don't remember his name but he was a jerk. He picked on me every day for along time until finally I got sick of it and decided to stand up to him. Unfortuanately for me, i came out on the loosing end of the scuffle and ran away crying. When i got home that day, I was sad for the whole rest of it. Finally my brother Sam and his best friend Silas came home and I asked them if they would help me with this bully. They agreed, and the next day at recess, all three of us came. I showed them who he was, they chased him all around the school until they finally caught him and beat him up. My brother gave him a black eye and Silas gave him a bloody nose. I was very happy that day and every day after because he never bullied me again.
